Sign-in to Zoom Compliance Manager To sign into the Zoom Compliance Manager, sign in as an admin at zoom.us. Under Account Management, select Compliance Management. 2. Admin Role Setup To grant Admins the Compliance Manager role, assign view privileges to access the Compliance Manager tab in Zoom. In the User Management section, go to Roles, then edit the user and select Compliance Management. Configure additional admin permissions: In the Zoom Compliance Manager, you have the ability to assign more granular permissions. To create, edit, and assign admin roles, go to 'My Account' and then select 'Roles'. 3. Assign a Zoom Compliance Manager License to each new user.  First, you need to log into Zoom with an admin account.  Each user subject to Compliance Manager needs a license. To get started... Open a browser and navigate to https://zoom.us. Sign in with the account admin. Select Users under User Management (A) Either edit an existing user or add a new user and select Zoom Compliance Management. (B) This can be accomplished either through manual assignment or by utilizing SSO attributes. Select "Save"
For multiple users (bulk select), you can select the users (2), click the license dropdown (3), and then add the Zoom Compliance Management license (4).
