Theta Lake ComplianceMD PolicyPolicies are collections of rules that tell Theta Lake what to look for in the media assets that you send to Theta Lake. Theta Lake uses the policy to evaluate the media assets and report back to the reviewers on the general risk level (risk score) and specific findings (policy hits and Compliance Advisor notifications) within the media assets. |

By default, there is a single policy active when you first log in to Theta Lake. This policy was activated by Theta Lake operations to get you up and running quickly. No further action is necessary unless you want to configure one or more specific policies for your organization. (You may use SWRV rules to configure multiple policies for different workflows. More on this topic may be found in Configuring SWRV Rules) |

Viewing Active PolicyTo view the active policy by name, log into the Theta Lake portal, and navigate to the Policy tab. The active policy name is shown on the main page: |

Changing PolicyTheta Lake provides a turn-key solution for general review of media content. If you find there are other policy sets or rules that are more appropriate to your environment -- as your subscription allows -- you may switch to other built-in policies or craft your own custom policies. |
| The easiest way to change from one policy to another is to change the default policy configured under Smart Workflow Review (SWRV). | |
1. Navigate to Smart Workflow Review, and select View on the Default SWRV Rule
| 2. On the SWRV Rule screen, note the current policy, and select Edit

| 3. The Default SWRV Rule is ready to edit. Expand the list of policies, and select the appropriate policy from the list. When you're satisfied with your selection, select "Save"

Once the new policy is changed, Theta Lake will now process all new media content with your selected policies. |
