You can integrate Zoom Phone with Theta Lake to capture your users’ Zoom Phone activity, call logs, SMS, recordings, transcripts and summaries for archiving, analysis, and supervision.
Theta Lake connects to your Zoom Phone instance using Zoom APIs, and captures the calls your users make through Zoom Phone. After the integration is activated, we automatically capture all content you’ve configured for capture, including call recordings, voicemails, call queue recordings, and SMS messages from Zoom Phone and create a record in the Theta Lake platform for each call. Those records are then processed by Theta Lake following the rules specified in the SWRV rules that you configure for the integration.
Prerequisites
Before you add a Zoom Phone integration to your Theta Lake Workspace, make sure that you have the following prerequisites.
- Zoom Phone administrative account
This account must have permissions to view all Zoom Phone recordings for your organization. - Automatic Zoom Phone recording policies to record users or call queues
Zoom Phone recordings must be stored in the Zoom cloud to enable Theta Lake to capture them with Zoom APIs.
For more information, see Viewing Zoom Phone recording logs.

The integration that you selected is added to your Theta Lake Workspace.
If you choose to wait to start capturing data, you can edit the integration configuration later to start the data capture.
After you complete the integration and start capturing data, Theta Lake connects to your Zoom Phone instance to retrieve call communications and ingest them in the Theta Lake platform as they are produced. We store that record information in the Theta Lake platform, and process and analyze the records based on the policies and SWRV rules that you configure in your Theta Lake Workspace.
You can view all of your ingested records in the Theta Lake Portal and review the communication details, as well as the risk score we’ve calculated for each record. You can also use the Zoom Phone metadata (attributes) to search for records related to Zoom Phone in your Theta Lake Workspace.
Zoom Phone Metadata
When Theta Lake captures Zoom Phone activity, it also captures the related metadata (attributes) and adds it to the Theta Lake record. When you search for a record in your Theta Lake Workspace, you can use the Search filters to locate a record by any of these attributes.
