You can integrate Zoom AI Companion with Theta Lake to capture your users’ Zoom AI Companion activities for archiving, analysis, and supervision. This includes all user prompted chat inputs and Zoom AI Companion responses. It captures all Zoom AI Companion activity across your Zoom platform, including content that’s captured with the Theta Lake Zoom eComms Archive.
Theta Lake connects to your Zoom account using OAuth to capture your users’ interactions with Zoom AI Companion. After the integration is activated, we capture all of the prompts that your users send to the Zoom AI Companion and the responses from Zoom AI Companion, and create a record in the Theta Lake platform for each conversation. Each record includes two participants: the Zoom AI Companion and the Zoom user who submits the prompt. User reactions and feedback to prompts aren’t included in these records because Zoom doesn’t provide them with the captured content.
